Since starting Stronger for Life I go to the gym twice a week and I work out at home once a week because that's more convenient to me.

How long will the course take?

The course is designed for you to be able to work through at what ever pace works for you. The videos are short (most of them being approx 5 minutes each) so that you can watch a few and then come back to them another day. If you were to watch them all in one sitting you could view all 7 modules in less than 3 hours. However, there are actionable steps you need to take along the way. The exercises you choose will need to be slowly progressed over a minimum of 12 weeks.

Do I need to finish the course within a certain timeframe?

No, you will have lifetime access to the course (which will include any updates I make in the future). You are also welcome to attend the weekly group Zoom calls for as long as you want to. You can join them each week or dip in and out of them as you need.

Do I have to attend any live workouts during the course?

There are no live workouts to follow. Everyone doing this course will have a very different starting point, will need to make specific adaptations to the exercises and will work at varying paces. As a result it would be too difficult to have an online workout where you are following me doing the exercises. Instead, you will be guided through making your own strength program and you will then do the workouts on your own at a time the suits you and at a pace that works for you.
